Finally, finally, finally

I think I have got to the bottom of the npower billing cockup. Since querying all of this I have been reimbursed £700 with no apology or explanation of what went wrong. What bothers me is none of this would have come to light unless I had trawled through the various wrong and pressed and pressed for the missing bills. Now, with all the computer technology at my disposal and the wonderful Quicken accounting software, how did I let this drift for so long? How many hours have I spent on this? 20? 30?
