Film: A wanted Man

Sep 26, 2014

Probably one of the most significant factors in this film is that it is the penultimate film performance by Philip Seymour Hoffman . The film , based on a John Le Carre book moves slowly, almost ponderously. Characters are sleazy, the setting is grubby. PSH chain smokes and chain some his way through the film. Art imitating life? The tension builds and builds to a fairly predictable twist at the end. If you enjoy this kind of film, you will enjoy this.
