Doin’ duck

One of the several objectives of this break was to cook a variety of dishes and expand the repertoire, Wodney. Well some duck legs were going cheap, cheap. I know the veggie route is ethically sound but I do like a bit of duck, ducks. So I’m trying the following recipe:

rather than the traditional sticky, sweet, orange sauce approach. I decided to stick it as a casserole in the slow cooker. Pictures and review to follow …
